About
We coach the people who argue with dashboards for a living.
Eventfieldbase started in Bangkok as a reading group for growth leads tired of shipping “winners” that melted after store rollout.
Mission
Make A/B Test Measurement for Apps a shared language across product, data, and engineering — not a specialist dialect locked in a notebook.
We care less about tool logos and more about whether your team can explain a stop/go call without hiding behind p-values they do not trust.
Pedagogy
Every module pairs a short conceptual brief with a live critique. You bring anonymized experiment cards; facilitators pressure-test sample size, exposure logic, and guardrails in front of peers.
Homework is deliberately short: one instrumented hypothesis, one pre-registered metric set, one post-mortem paragraph. Volume without judgment is not the goal.
Community in Thailand
Cohorts mix Bangkok product orgs with remote teammates across SEA. Office hours often land after Thai business hours so store-review fire drills can still be discussed the same week.
Alumni keep a private channel for shareable templates — never raw user data — and occasionally host open clinics for instrumentation reviews.
Student journey
- Orient — map your current experiment backlog and measurement gaps.
- Instrument — tighten events and define primary vs guardrail metrics.
- Critique — present a live test design to facilitators and peers.
- Operate — leave with a readout ritual your team can run weekly.
